This morning felt stressed out, soooooo sleepy, tired of making followups, analyzing logic for my programs, absorbing knowledge from great minds…. had a small chat with my boss Sir denz, most of the conversations are work related, but in the end, something to ponder for the whole lot meaning of living in this life… With all these problems all he said is just keep your cool and gave me his new motto in life….
1. Free your heart from hatred – hate is one of the enemy in this life, with hate you can do no good… Envy and Hate will poison our mind until it consumes us. So free your mind from hatred….
Romans 12:8-10 (New International Version)
if it is encouraging, let him encourage; if it is contributing to the needs of others, let him give generously; if it is leadership, let him govern diligently; if it is showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully. Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves
2. Free your mind from worries. – like the lyrics of the song.. “Dont worry, be happy….”
Jeremiah 17:7-9 (New International Version)
But blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in him. He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit
3. Live simply. – My friend Resty, always tells me.. Live within your means… Live a simple life…
Living simply means we consume a minimum of resources, distinguish our true ‘needs’ from ‘wants’. It is amazing how few things we truly need. We keep our home and time schedules uncluttered by things that are not important to us. It is a great relief to be simplified, so we can focus our energy where it matters most.
Living simply is also frugal, and helps us to be debt free. – http://www.43things.com/person/Juniper2
4. Give more
Proverbs 11:23-25 (New International Version)
The desire of the righteous ends only in good, but the hope of the wicked only in wrath. One man gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty. generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed.
5. Expect Less – its hard, after putting efforts, sweat n time . .. its hard not to. but there it is, if we expect, we are bound to be dissapointed, the things is, we could never be satisfied when we expect. . .not expect too much, but by mere expecting. it also puts pressure on the people we expect to deliver our expectations, usually the ones we really love n care.
All of these things may apply to certain people, other may not agree to all these things, but sometime respecting opinion may generate peace and love. It is really hard to live a life here in this cruel world….
To Sir Rando… Rest in Peace…
